Cambridge, Newmarket and Burwell runs for larger Sock groups

The Socklings Kids club now runs on Sundays by request, if your children wish to participate in the Socklings Club and you fancy an interactive Sunday then bring them up for Sunday Lunch. Help host your table and become a sock puppeteer and help set the weekly kindness challenge.   Choose a Sock name and register as a Socking, we need all ages to run the club.  6 vists means 6 socks and then the Sockling brings a grandparent or adopted elder and both eat free. Lots of entertainment management, animal and food projects to develop. Our resources are limited so  please book to avoid extra chaos, waste and a grumpy Chef.   The Sunday Kids club will develop into self cooking of pizza and cakes when the network of followers and volunteers is established, Sunday interactive dining and games.

KINDNESS CHALLENGE......mmmm!  watch this space! It seems no one ever reads this far!  You made it ...well done!

'the Missing Sock' is a name that represents a very special brand offering unique hospitality, genuine care, friendship, fun and kindness.  Every tMS (because we intend to have lots of them when we get this one sorted) is an interactive and unique venue, combining food, drink and hospitality in its own distinctive way.  It’s a finding place for people of all ages - whether single or in groups - seeking comfort, companionship, well-being. appreciation and stock for their bodies.

tMS Art Gallery Meanwhile Peter occupies the reception area with his abstracts.  We are always keen to chat with any other artists who wish to display their works free of charge at the Sock Gallery. A spiritual, humanitarian or humour twist would be given preference.  Then there is the entertainment stage for the summer, come and inpsire others with song, music, verse, humour or bewilderment

The Barge Sailing Action Club!  tMS have a majestic vessel, a 19th Century Sailing Barge, now berthed in Ipswich and in good orde.  We are looking to form a Trust to maintain, operate and have fun with this classic sailing barge.  No financial investment is required just a passion and your time.  Amongst the volunteers, we will need some seafaring and shipwright skills but plenty of space for all.  The ship currently carries the name Generation Journey and was intended to lead community projects around the country, but alas the demands of tMS have changed priorities.  see http://www.generation-journey.org/ for a feel of the old girl.

WOW.....Wisdom of  WeekA horse doesn't care how much you know, until he knows how much you care.  -- Pat Parelli

Inspiration of the Day:
"Your horse is a mirror to your soul, and sometimes you may not like what you see," says Buck Brannaman, a cowboy who travels around the U.S. helping horses with "people problems." The documentary film, Buck, follows Brannaman from an abused childhood to an incredibly successful relationship with horses. In the film, the animal-human relationship becomes a metaphor for facing the daily challenges of life.
