A playful Raclette style of cooking at the table, selection of Ostrich/Beef, Pork and Bacon, a non- meat or fish option available. A varied selection of vegetables, noodles with herb blend, feta, bread, omelette mix and rice. Allow time for this interactive dining experience. SUNDAYS we have tMS Surprise Roast
The surprise is we ain’t got one. You can have any of the above meat dishes served in a plate sized Yorkshire Pudding on a bed of chunky mashed sweet and savoury Potato. Accompanied by as much vegetation as you can consume.

Tennis biscuits flavored with sweet sherry, a combination of pomegranate, Cottage Cheese, vanilla and dark Chocolate with a hint of fresh Mint folded to a triangular log. With Cream a must try! Our Labsock in Cape Town donated this recipe. Our best seller, most of them eaten by Janitor though - £7.00
Ice Cream
Real Chocolate and/or Vanilla, distinguished ingredients, the best we could find outside of the Co-op. I have no idea how Chef serves it, sometimes it’s a skewer, sometimes it’s a bit poncey and at other times on your lap, wait and see - £6.00
Apple Bread Pudding Tart
Chefs a bit of a tart when it comes to puddings, pastry tart with a medium sweet Apple, crumbled top and cream, not the average Apple Pie - £7.00
Baklava with Individually made Apricot Sauce
A woolen hat stuffed with a bank robber. A crisp Filo pastry dessert roll layered with Honey and Walnut is truly a tMS concoction. Served with individually made Apricot sauce and double cream - £7.00

A biscuit based mmmm! covered in tMS Chocky mush with soft Meringue topping served with orange segments. Recommended with double cream. A tMS recipe inspired by our Dave who was IT advisor to Mr Wonker and had a relationship with a Zim Orange Farmer before jilting for a Meringue Miner, from this trail of passion came this stunning dessert... £7.00
