Bar
tMS offer a great range of international and unusual bottled beers, a tMS branded range of house wines, its own branded real ale and a tMS lager. We are conscious to avoid corporate brands and have researched the drinks market for months researching and sampling innovative products and connecting drink suppliers who have great products and values. Champagnes will be another of our specialities also, used as a base for some exciting tMS cocktails. We have a few surprises in the bar for you also, not least our interaction with conversation and music. A folk bar one might, a jazz bar another, just depends on our guests.

Our own 'Violet Fizz'
4 oz Brut Champagne
1 oz Gin
1/2 oz Creme de Violette
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
Mix all but Champagne with ice
Strain and top with Champagne
